ISBI

Inter-Species Bureau of Investigation ( ISBI) is an offshoot of the FBI.  The ISBI main goal is to protect and defend the Untied States from any Unexplained Phenomena. They are the one's who are notified when any human comes in contact a werewolf.

 Like the FBI, they are responsible for investigating crimes involving shapeshifter anywhere in the US including Native American reservations. This special branch of the FBI  pool their agents from a secretive  order of the Freemasons called, The Knights Of The Red.

  The KOTR have fought werewolves throughout history.  Abraham Lincoln was rumored to have been a member when he condemned  303 Dakota Sioux men to death after several patently unfair trials. 

 The men and women of the ISBI have a reputation of riding roughshod over the local law enforcement and like their counterparts in the FBI, have caused a lot of bad feelings in police officers across the country.

The ISBI motto is "The Moral Compass in man follows the good and true."
